​Try using mirrors instead of inexpensive prints for art, as mirrors make a space brighter and seem larger, they also come in many shapes and sizes for a good mood enhancer!

Keep one good traditional oriental rug but be daring and switch out your dining area and living area rugs to a  tweedy sisal or a large hair on hide piece. Room will seem instantly perky and happy. Be daring and do it!
​​​I always say: "Save for pillows, don't be stingy". Here... good pillows worth every penny! I like big bold geometric pillows, mixed with a touch of fur or leather. And yes, leopard still works too. Spare no expense here, trust me!​ Don't forget to trim your pillows with crystal beads, tassels and maybe even feathers or extra punch and detail.
